This week brings together a team of internationally recognized doctors, scientists, and meditation and yoga teachers to deepen our understanding of how to live a healthy, meaningful, joyful life. Weaving together ancient wisdom traditions with modern neuroscience, we’ll explore the transformative effects of lifestyle practices including meditation, yoga and diet on your longevity, vitality, happiness and relationships.

We will explore simple yet potent practices and lifestyle choices, including nutrition, mindfulness, compassion practices, yoga and powerful experiential exercises. We will also hear current research on Alzheimer’s disease and improving chronic conditions through lifestyle medicine. You will have the opportunity to master the Wheel of Awareness, a potentially life-changing tool for cultivating more focus, presence and peace in day-to-day life, and  explore how to apply the interpersonal neurobiology approach to develop a healthy mind, integrated brain and empathic relationship. Additionally, there will be a special session dedicated to hearing the faculty’s thoughts on the complications and possible options for moving the U.S. healthcare system in a positive direction.

($60 additional tuition per person will be added to the workshop cost)
