…how easily you can belong to everything simply by listening. — David Whyte

Held by the cliffs, verdant gardens, and vast Pacific horizon, this workshop invites you to slow down, awaken your senses, and rediscover your connection to the living world.

Listening deeply to the life within us and around us, we are able to access  joy, wisdom, and wonder through the teachings of nature. This is a powerful reset for minds and bodies dulled by our modern life.

During our time together, you will:

  • Engage in guided outdoor meditations and sensory awareness practices.
  • Learn tools to stay grounded, open-hearted, and calm in everyday life.
  • Experience how stillness in nature awakens insight, renewal, and awe.
  • Reclaim an embodied kinship with all of Life.

No meditation experience is required — only curiosity and a love of the Earth. Come ready to breathe deeply, listen wholeheartedly, and be nourished by the wisdom that surrounds you.
