Important - Please Read:

One pass per BSPS staff member per month.
No same-day passes. All BSPS Staff Day Passes must be reserved at least 1 day prior to the date of visit.
Payment Responsibility - Guest fees must be paid in full at time of registration.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please reply to the confirmation email or contact Guest Services directly at guest.services@esalen.org. Full refunds will be issued for cancellations.

Dinner & Bath Pass
For Significant Other and Immediate Family only. Not for Personal Guests. For any Esalen staff, residential or working remotely, Esalen offers the opportunity for a Dinner & Bath Pass to provide guests. Staff guests may have the full use of Esalen facilities on the main campus with the exception of participating in a paid workshop. Staff guests may be on property from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m and staff must be with the guest at all times. The intention for this pass is to allow for quality time with significant others and immediate family members. An exception to this time period is provided only for staff with guests staying with them in their staff residence overnight and not using Esalen facilities. Dinner & Bath Passes become available four weeks prior to the arrival date, and are provided on a first come, first serve basis. Immediate family and S/O’s may use the Dinner & Bath Pass two days per week for a total of five days per month. These five passes do not count toward your 10 campus day passes. There is no same day guesting permitted. Payment must be paid at the Gate upon arrival. Campus Day Passes are available to distribute only by staff and by the Community and Advancement team for use with donors.
