Package Dates
For internal, admin use only – NOT a public program
General Information:
- Dates: Takes place once per month on Saturday. For 2026:
- July 11, Additional Dates TBA
- Market hours: 11:00 AM – 4:00 PM

- All vendor registrations should only be submitted by the GS Manager/Supervisor or under their direction.
Vendor Guidelines:
- Seller’s Permit Required: (Monterey County) from the California Department of Tax and Fee Administration (CDTFA) to sell tangible goods.
- Permit must be shown to Gate Attendant upon arrival.
- Frequent vendors may provide a copy that can be stored at the Gate.
- Vendor Fees
- $50.00 Vendor Fee
- Includes one Vendor, no additional vendors or guests.
- Includes lunch and access to the baths during market hours.
- $30.00 Vendor Assistant Fee
- Includes on Vendor Assistant, no additional vendors, assistants, or guests.
- Includes lunch and access to the baths during market hours.
- $50.00 Vendor Fee
- Vendor Stalls
- Vendors may arrive as early as 10:00 AM; stall setup must be complete by 11:00 AM. Stall teardown must be complete by 4:00 PM.
- Vendors must provide their own booth or table.
- Wifi is available for mobile credit card sales. The network + password are provided at the Gate upon arrival.
Comp Discounts:
For comp discounts, always enter Vendor Fee Waived in the transaction description field.

- All other discounts:
- Must be approved by the GM, GS Director, or GS Manager.
- Email reservations.coordinator@esalen.org with the name of the vendor (or link to reg), discount amount, and reason for the discount. The Reservation Coordinator will enter the appropriate discount based on the reason.
