Total Number of Guests

If registering for two or more guests, name, email, and a few other details must be provided for each guest. To register more than one guest, go to Section 2 Choose Your Accommodations and select the correct number of guests in the Guests in Room drop-down menu on your selected accommodation. In Section 3, you will enter the guest detail for each guest. To confirm the number of guests on your registration, please select the Total Number of Guests in the drop-down menu below.

Total guest number must match the number selected in the Guests in Room drop-down menu of your selected accommodation in Section 2 Choose Your Accommodations. If you did not complete this step when selecting your accommodation, go back to Section 2 Choose Your Accommodations. If registering for multiple guests, guest details must be entered for each guest in Section 3 Multiple Guests.

Cancellation and Other Policy Information

If you cancel, change, or reschedule your reservation, you will be charged.

If you cancel or reschedule your reservation:
● 90 or more days prior to your arrival date, you will be charged a $75.00 fee. For cancellations, any remaining amount paid will be refunded.
● 30 to 89 days prior to your arrival date, you will be charged a fee of 15% of the reservation total. For cancellations, any remaining amount paid will be refunded.
● 15 to 29 days prior to your arrival date, you will be charged a fee of 30% of the reservation total. For cancellations, any remaining amount paid will be refunded.
● Less than 15 days prior to your arrival date, you will forfeit the entire reservation total and no refund will be provided. Cancellations made less than 15 days prior to your arrival date are ineligible for reschedule.

A copy of the waiver may be viewed here. Upon registration, you will receive a copy of the waiver to review prior to arrival. A digital copy will be available to sign upon arrival at Esalen; you will not need to print and sign a copy to bring with you or to send to us prior to your arrival.
