Join us on a journey to finding more ease. Disconnect from all the noise and reconnect with yourself as we explore ways to integrate mindfulness into our law practices and truly connect with our values to live in alignment. Often there are challenges to living in alignment including the conflict between our ethical obligations and our own personal values, unfairness in our justice system, incivility, as well as financial and time pressures.

In community with other lawyers, we’ll discuss and cross-pollinate ideas. You are invited to practice mindfulness, meditation, engage in dialogue with other like-minded lawyers, soak in the Esalen baths, enjoy nature, go for walks, read, journal and sit by the fire in the evenings. We’ll practice the art of radical self-care, sitting and walking meditation, deep listening and journaling. Slow down, reflect and get to know yourself better.
