Through guided imagery, written exercises, role playing and group process, this workshop will help you:

• Explore a method for letting go of past hurts and ineffective ways of being in relationships
• Learn practical tools you can use immediately
• Grow beyond the old behaviors, beliefs and attitudes that interfere with the loving intimate relationships you desire
• Practice new skills that will help you work through conflict and find and keep the love you desire
