In this time of so much change, we are all called to be leaders. Join us to practice a kinder, more inclusive and aware embodiment of leadership for your life and work. What if attunement, relational awareness and deep listening are a leader’s most essential qualities for today’s world? This is an opportunity to practice leading from our whole selves while honoring a commitment to personal sustainability and accountability, and acknowledging the necessity for cultivating our own well-being while advancing the life-enhancing changes the world is calling for.

During this deeply restorative retreat, we will explore regenerative leadership through meditation and mindfulness, deep listening, interactive time in nature, reflective writing, conscious movement, storytelling, experiential practices and embodied learning. Relational mindfulness offers tools, guidance and clarity for bringing deeper presence and compassion to all of our relationships — with our selves, one another and our world. This workshop is for passionate, engaged people of all kinds, and change agents who seek to cultivate compassionate awareness and outer change at the same time. In this way, we can gracefully embody bold and effective leadership while bringing ourselves purposefully, lovingly and wholeheartedly to life.
