Learning to See in the Dark: An Embodied Journey of the Unconscious and Superconscious

There is a darkness that is the absence of light or awareness and then there is a darkness that is the source of it. This workshop will explore them both and we will learn how contact with one helps us penetrate into the other. 

When we bring the torch of awareness into the darkest aspects of our being, whether unconscious or superconscious, we open the door to true liberation. As the psychologist Carl Jung said so succinctly, “One does not become enlightened by imagining figures of light but by making the darkness conscious.”

During this workshop, you’ll be shown fundamental tools to bring the light of awareness into your shadow and unexpressed potential. Through group and individual practice, you can discover the power of living an authentic life of wholeness. You’ll be taught simple practices to steady and transcend your mind through meditation; how to access and begin integrating your own shadow; and how to move beyond your relative sense of self to embrace unexpressed parts of yourself from a foundation of non-duality.
