Join Lorin and Camille for a joyous, liberating journey into Love’s Body — inner practices for those on the path of intimacy. Meditation is, in essence, the practice of intimacy with life itself. Intimacy within ourselves enhances our capacity for intimacy with those we love.
We call upon The Radiance Sutras, a fresh version of a classic tantric text. They invite us to touch the sacred right here in the midst of everyday life. This is a path of wonder, awe, and gratitude, where we learn to combine the passionate flow of our life energies with the serenity that comes from being grounded in rich body awareness — the body of love.
Living in love means joining with the love dance of creation. Embodied practices give us the felt sense, a tangible reality, and ways to dance with emotional energies that inevitably arise. Discover how to access this felt sense as your foundation.
Our activities include sharing Sutras, discussion, exploring a variety of meditation practices including subtle and expressive movement, as well as techniques that allow for profound restfulness. We also wander outside and drench our senses in the natural beauty of Esalen.
Lorin and Camille offer their decades of experience with humor and compassion. They have been living these practices together for 39 years and find them to be thrilling and deeply supportive for staying in love, year after year.
All levels of experience are welcome. The only requirement is curiosity and willingness to explore.
