Do you want to start a new chapter in your personal or work life? Join this campus-wide gathering of women coming together in the face of today’s unique stress and challenges. Throughout history, women have come together to help each other find the strength, resolve, resilience and healing to go back into the world with clear purpose.

Led by a team of acclaimed authors, speakers and scientists, this women’s gathering will immerse you in the latest scientific findings with experiential practices to help you renew, reflect and reboot in life and work, align with your higher purpose, embody your power and set a path for vitality and healthy longevity.

With ample space for awareness through movement, mindfulness and deep transformational exercises, you’ll be shown science-based practices to promote your vitality and personal agency. We will also engage in compassion practices, and blend strength with vulnerability. Embodied yoga sessions led by Leila Swenson (http://www.leilaswenson.com/leilas-bio.html) will be offered. This workshop is a charging station to plug in with like-minded individuals on unique and intersecting paths. Be prepared for unanticipated mystery and delight within and between sessions.

This program will be a safe space for connection, exploration, and growth. We invite and welcome all self-identifying women, of any age or sexual orientation, and we encourage women of color to attend.

For professionals who work with patients and clients, this workshop offers CE credits focusing on how to use these evidence-based knowledge, skills and attitudes to help the people you work with.
