For Significant Other, Family, and Personal Friends only. The intention for this pass is to allow quality time with significant others, friends, and family members.
Staff must be present with their guest at all times.
Max 2 passes per week and a total of 5 passes per month.
Valid from 4:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m.

Personal Guest Campus Day Pass
For any Esalen Staff, residential or working remotely, Esalen offers the opportunity for a Campus Day Pass to provide guests. Staff guests may have the full use of Esalen facilities on the main campus with the exception of participating in a paid workshop. Staff guests may be on property from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. An exception to this time period is provided only for staff with guests staying with them in their staff residence overnight and not using Esalen facilities. Campus Day Passes become available four weeks prior to the arrival date, and are provided on a first come, first serve basis. Staff may host up to 3 people per day. Full time staff receive 10 days per month and part time staff receive 3 days per month. There is no same-day guesting permitted. Payment must be paid at the Gate upon arrival. Campus Day Passes are available to distribute only by staff and by the leadership team for use with community advancement, donors, new recruits, and vendors.

Complimentary Campus Day Pass
For any Esalen full-time staff, residential or working remotely, Esalen offers the opportunity for Complimentary Campus Day Passes that are issued at the first of the year or at the date of hire, equivalent to two per quarter (max 8 for the year), and that can be used at any time throughout the year. Staff guests may have the full use of Esalen facilities on the main campus with the exception of participating in a paid workshop. Staff guests may be on property from 7 a.m. to 10 pm. An exception to this time period is provided only for staff with guests staying with them in their staff residence overnight and not using Esalen facilities. Complimentary Day Passes become available four weeks prior to the arrival date, and are provided on a first come, first serve basis. Staff may host up to 3 people per day. Full-time staff receive 10 days per month. Part-time staff are not eligible for complimentary day passes. There is no same-day guesting permitted. Dinner & Bath Pass
For Significant Other and Immediate Family only. Not for Personal Guests. For any Esalen staff, residential or working remotely, Esalen offers the opportunity for a Dinner & Bath Pass to provide guests. Staff guests may have the full use of Esalen facilities on the main campus with the exception of participating in a paid workshop. Staff guests may be on property from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m and staff must be with the guest at all times. The intention for this pass is to allow for quality time with significant others and immediate family members. An exception to this time period is provided only for staff with guests staying with them in their staff residence overnight and not using Esalen facilities. Dinner & Bath Passes become available four weeks prior to the arrival date, and are provided on a first come, first serve basis. Immediate family and S/O’s may use the Dinner & Bath Pass two days per week for a total of five days per month. These five passes do not count toward your 10 campus day passes. There is no same day guesting permitted. Payment must be paid at the Gate upon arrival. Campus Day Passes are available to distribute only by staff and by the Community and Advancement team for use with donors.
