Across ten hours of guided somatic practice, you will be led through a powerful blend of nervous system regulation education, intuitive movement meditations, neurosensory practices, dance medicine, and ancient Eastern mindfulness to reconnect with your inner aliveness.

Through rhythm, stillness, and the language of sensation, we’ll explore the “pulse” — the subtle currents of stress, emotion, and instinct that shape our lived experience — and the “presence” that allows those currents to reorganize into clarity, steadiness, and embodied freedom. Expect gentle and profound movement sessions, somatic inquiry, experiential healing work, and spacious reflection as you meet the places within you that have long been bracing, hiding, or holding too much.

This immersive retreat is designed for those seeking relief from anxiety, overwhelm, and chronic stress — and for those longing for a deeper connection to themselves, to others, and to the reclamation of their wild freedom. No experience with somatics or movement therapy is required. Just a willingness to feel, be open, and return home to the wisdom your body has carried all along.

This offering includes moments of depth and personal reflection. You’re invited to move at your own pace. If you’re aware of tender or complex emotional experiences in your life, it might feel helpful to check in with a therapist or healthcare provider beforehand for additional support.

Danielle Rubio

Danielle Rubio is a somatic trauma coach, movement facilitator, and mindfulness teacher. She is the founder of the SomaLumos Method that has helped hundreds of people around the globe move beyond anxiety, chronic stress, and survival mode. It weaves nervous system healing, somatic movement therapy, and Tibetan mindfulness.
