Restorative Weekend
With Janet Stone and Manoj Dias
March 4 - 6, 2022
Join Janet in this nourishing weekend designed to replenish the nervous system, adrenals, boost the immune system, and ground into simplicity. We will drop into the body, mind and spirit to find space between effort and surrender, allowing our systems to release into its great integrative power. Slow and fluid movement along with restorative postures, meditation, pranayama (breathwork) and chanting will refill mind, body and spirit.
We will create space in our body for introspection and move out of the cyclical fight-or-flight response through meditation, pranayama (breath practices), chanting, slow yoga and restorative postures to cultivate sustainable power, rest and healing.
We’ll practice:
- slow yoga to cultivate sustainable power
- restorative postures to cultivate regeneration
- Meditation toward stillness
- pranayama to balance hormones and whole being
- chanting to awaken your heart’s longing.
Please bring a bolster, sand bags and eye pillow.
If you are traveling from afar and cannot carry all of these items in your luggage, email connie@janetstoneyoga.com, and we will try to secure some you can borrow.
10 hours CE credit for Registered Yoga Teachers (RYT) available through Yoga Alliance; see leader.
