  All-inclusive for one person in a shared lodging space which includes all classes, meals, tuition and access to the oceanside hot spring baths.  Surrender yourself to the natural and restorative beauty of Big Sur. Sleeping Bag Spaces house up to 6 people and are gender-inclusive with a maximum stay of 7 consecutive days.  We cannot guarantee you will be located in the building of your choice as space is limited. Guests are responsible for bringing their own sleeping bag, blanket, pads, pillows, etc. Esalen will provide towels and face cloths. Some Sleeping Bag Spaces do not include a shower, though communal shower facilities are available at the Esalen Hot Springs and private shower facilities are available near the Art Barn. Sleeping Bag Spaces are inaccessible between 9:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. as they are located in meeting room spaces  where Esalen activities—scheduled and unscheduled—take place; access to the room is not permitted while these activities are in process. Note: Due to the shared nature of Sleeping Bag Spaces, service animals cannot be accommodated in Sleeping Bag Spaces. Choosing shared accommodations means accepting the presence of the sounds of others sharing the space.
