How can we use music as a tool for the act of intentional listening to increase our inner awareness, induce relaxation, and tap into our intuitive mind?

East Forest creates “musical technology” that combines original nature field recordings with ethereal electro-acoustic piano-based live soundscapes to help facilitate an inner spiritual journey. With this workshop, you can reconnect to your inner soul wisdom through an artful weaving of sound and music through live performance, group ceremony, sound meditation, co-creative music experiences, yoga, and the primacy of your own heart-opening, felt experience.

In a time of information sickness and technological overload, it is more important than ever for each of us to strengthen our internal resolve and to build practices to consciously navigate modern life. Using music as a tool, we create repeatable and reliable practices to find centeredness through intentional listening and simple ritual. Together let us find the wilderness in our own hearts, see our reflection in nature, and walk our walk on the planet with increased grace and love.
