For staff who live on Esalen’s main property or in nearby Esalen housing, you may have up to 5 guest visits a month using a Staff Home Pass with no fee. Home is defined as your staff housing and does not include main Esalen facilities such as the Lodge, baths, meditation hut, pool, gym or main grounds. There are no meals, classes or other amenities associated with this pass. Guests must comply with Esalen residential rules during their stay including observing quiet hours, staff parking, and use of laundry, among others. This pass only applies for staff who have the license to occupy staff housing and does not apply to commuter housing.
Stay dates must be between January 12, 2026 and February 10, 2026
