Rooms Summary: (see set room block in template for detailed room notes) 18 grant rooms, including all of MH & MH Annex + Mid PH for Michael & Dulce. Any additional rooms paid for by CTR.

IMPORTANT: Block all Point Houses until room needs confirmed by Track II team–typically have multiple VIP guests for this conference, and PHs are often paid for by the guests.

Frequency: 1 conference annually. Planned by Track II in advance–coordinate early to secure appropriate room blocks (# plus PH needs–all can be adjusted as guest list is confirmed but better to block more initially)
