Locals Rate: A locals rate option is available to those who reside in Big Sur or the Monterey Peninsula (a valid ID with a Big Sur or Monterey Peninsula address must be shown upon arrival). Cancellation Policy *	I accept the cancellation policyIf you cancel, change, or reschedule your reservation, you will be charged. If you cancel or reschedule your reservation: ● 90 or more days prior to your arrival date, you will be charged a $75.00 fee. For cancellations, any remaining amount paid will be refunded. ● 30 to 89 days prior to your arrival date, you will be charged a fee of 15% of the reservation total. For cancellations, any remaining amount paid will be refunded. ● 15 to 29 days prior to your arrival date, you will be charged a fee of 30% of the reservation total. For cancellations, any remaining amount paid will be refunded. ● Less than 15 days prior to your arrival date, you will forfeit the entire reservation total and no refund will be provided. Cancellations made less than 15 days prior to your arrival date are ineligible for reschedule.
