The Science and Experience of Enlightenment
With Hedy Kober and Xoli Redmond
February 1 - 3, 2019
What is enlightenment? How does it feel to be fully clear right here and right now? Enlightenment has been described as unshakable liberation of heart and mind, the end of suffering, and the realization of your own true nature. To recognize enlightenment, we invite you to discover it both conceptually and through exploring your own direct experience. We will integrate relevant findings in neuroscience and psychology, and introduce you to the science of enlightenment. Concurrently, we will guide you toward becoming your own scientist, exploring your own direct experience, and finding out what enlightenment is for yourself.
