This program is for Visiting Scholars only, day visits and overnight stay, approved by Programs.

Once the Registration is complete – Pay/Discount the registration

Create a discount transaction applying the appropriate Discount code item and the $value. VS100

If you wish to add a meal fee or price, add a $$transaction item, allocated to the appropriate transactions category ie Meals General

Please use ‘Register as Guest’ and complete the mandatory Host Department information.

Transaction Category – Visiting Scholar

Lodging – PR Accoms

Category – Business Comps.   Important-Regs will be ignored in the Pre-arrival email from webmaster.  Do not include any other categories

Reg’s – Reg Status – standard ‘Reserved’, should be included in the meal count
