Wildtender Pilgrimage: Big Sur Backpacking
With Noël Vietor and Fletcher Tucker
April 5 - 7, 2019
This workshop is a partnership between Esalen and Wildtender, an organization that offers immersive outdoors excursions that establish intimacy with place, build earth-based skills, facilitate healing, and gather wisdom from the land and its many inhabitants. During this Wildtender Pilgrimage, you’ll spend April 1-4 hiking and camping in Big Sur’s Ventana wilderness. On Friday April 5, you’ll arrive at Esalen and spend the weekend there. Esalen is sponsoring the weekend portion only.
Note: Registration for this program is through Wildtender. Please visit www.wildtender.com/esalen for complete trip details and to register. Only after you have completed this process will you be able to reserve a room with Esalen for the weekend gathering (see http://www.esalen.org/wildtender2018).
