Cari Herthel

Cari is the Vice Chair of the Esselen Tribe and medicine woman for the Esselen Tribe. Cari extends her healing and reconciliation practice into mending the sacred hoop. She is a survivor leader and somatic therapist. By experiencing and continuing her ancestral knowledge, Cari shares the connection to her Esselen culture. It is this connection to her Ancestors that allows her to regulate her

unhealed trauma.
