Dana Sawyer is professor emeritus of religion and philosophy at the Maine College of Art, and author of critically acclaimed biographies of Aldous Huxley and Huston Smith. His areas of expertise are Hinduism, Buddhism, comparative mysticism and the Perennial Philosophy.
