Heather Sullivan, CMT, RYT-500 has been a mountain guide for 25 years leading clients and students on transformative wilderness journeys worldwide. She co-founded Balanced Rock in 2007, a nonprofit whose mission is to inspire health and wellbeing through deep connection to nature and spirit in Yosemite National Park.
