Jane Baraz teaches Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction at UCSF and mentors students in mindfulness and compassion. She’s taught Mindful Self-Compassion at the Women’s Cancer Resource Center and at Spirit Rock Meditation Center where she was a founding board member.
