Rahshaana Green
Forrest Yoga Guardian Rahshaana Green is a multidisciplinary wellness consultant who combines her knowledge and experience in science, yoga, and building human connection to help people heal. All of her work integrates mindful movement with the aim of helping people build and maintain healthy connection to their minds and bodies. Rahshaana is the Director of Equity and Contemplative Psychotherapy at the Nalanda Institute.
