Teachers in Residence
Esalen Teachers in Residence are expert movement and somatic educators who live on campus for 4 to 12 weeks, using this time to share their expertise, explore their craft, and incubate the future of their work. As the teachers of our daily open classes, they will lead you in yoga-based movement classes that may also include journaling sessions, breath work, and other activities designed to encourage joy and mindfulness.
