Vignesh Swaminathan, LAc, is a practitioner of Traditional Chinese Medicine and a meditation teacher, with intensive training in the Zen, vipassana, and Christian mystical traditions. He practices acupuncture in Berkeley, Calif., and teaches mindfulness at New York University.
