Journey into the root of shame and guilt and the need to belong. Through the lens of Systemic Constellations, we will examine how these emotions function not as personal flaws but as an aspect of the systemic intelligence of love itself.

At the heart of Systemic Constellations lies an understanding that all humans have a deep need and right to belong. This need forms the foundation of what Systemic Constellations calls the “Orders of Love” — the natural orders that maintain harmony within families and larger systems. When the sense of belonging is disrupted or denied, guilt and shame arise as symptoms; discomfort, imbalance, feeling stuck, illness, and other challenges are the catalysts that can guide us toward healing, clarity, and inclusion.

In this workshop, you will have the opportunity to explore what stifles progress and what allows love to flow. We will create three-dimensional living maps of the systems you belong to, making the hidden dynamics that shape our lives visible.

Each day will combine teaching, guided meditation, and Constellations to illuminate the deeper structures of love and belonging. Morning sessions begin with grounding and awareness practices. Afternoons unfold into experiential Constellation work, where participants may witness, represent, or serve as issue holders. The process is spacious, expansive, restorative, and deeply human — an invitation to meet life as it is.

This workshop welcomes anyone drawn to understanding the hidden patterns within their family system and wider fields of belonging — migration and ethnicity, to name a couple. It is suited to practitioners, therapists, and coaches seeking to integrate systemic awareness into their professional work. Open to people of all gender expressions and identities. No prior experience with Constellations is required, only curiosity, openness, and the willingness to explore with heart.
