Imagine, Explore, Envision: An Enchanting Weekend of SoulCollage® and Self-Discovery

Sometimes the wisest part of you speaks through images. Inspired by the work of Carl Jung, SoulCollage® is a powerful expressive arts method that invites your authentic inner voice to come forward. Through this accessible yet profound practice, we’ll intuitively create collaged cards using images and imagination, journaling with our creations for meaningful and often unexpected insights. Over one immersive weekend, we’ll create six cards using a variety of techniques and approaches, guided by engaging prompts that invite our deepest wisdom to speak. We’ll quiet the inner critic with guided meditation, gentle movement, and time in nature. With small-group sharing, we’ll create community and connections that encourage confidence and creativity.

Our time together will be a journey through three movements that mirror nature during the winter solstice: the stillpoint, when the sun appears to pause; the turn, when momentum returns; and the return of light, when what has been taking shape in the dark becomes visible. With guided imagery, mindfulness, meditation, and intuitive card-making, our hands will lead the way. We’ll create with intention, exploring our surroundings, witnessing with care, and consulting our collages to answer our questions for the year ahead.

No artistic or writing background required, just a willingness to be surprised by what you create and an openness to where it leads.
