Rasa Heart Warrior: Embodiment and Reset for Men
With Masood Ali Khan
April 23 - 25, 2027
The most practical thing you can do for yourself is remember how to feel again, and be able to express it. Many men are running on empty, tense in the body, stuck in their heads. This weekend utilizes movement, breath, rhythm and voice to bring you back into your body and into real community with other men.
The what, why, and how of our time together:
- Chronic tension blocks presence. Rasa Yoga and Foundation Training rebuild a strong, resilient back through functional movement, so grounded strength follows you home.
- Stress keeps you stuck in your head. Breathwork, meditation, live drumming, free movement, vocalizing, song, and mantra shift your energy and open your senses.
- Old reactions keep repeating when nobody names them. In paired dyads and sentence stems, you’ll practice shadow tracking: listening to understand first, then responding with appreciation and gratitude.
- Rigid roles box us in. Embodying the Warrior, Lover, Magician, Sovereign, and Alchemist through movement and reflection widens who you can be.
- Isolation grows when there’s nowhere honest to connect. Men’s council, conscious conversation and shared rhythm rebuild real camaraderie.
Discover practices you can use, plus more presence, connection and ease.
This workshop is specifically designed to create a space for sacred brotherhood for participants who identify as male.
